I'm New

Do you offer something for kids?

Yes! At RGV we value our kids and youth and offer programs for 6 months to 12th grade. Please contact us for current programs.

What should I wear?

You are invited to come as you are! Jeans, polos, dresses, suits, you can find it all at RGV. Our pastor's typically teach in jeans and a nice shirt.

How can I learn more about RGV?

If you'd like to learn more about Royal Gorge Vineyard, we regularly invite newcomers to get coffee with a pastor. This is a great place for you to hear more about the mission, vision, and values of our church and get to know someone from our leadership. If that sounds interesting to you, email royalgorgevineyard@gmail.com to set something up!

Where do I park?

There is a small parking lot on the west side of the church as well as street parking along Harrison and 7th. Handicap spots can be found on the south side of the building as well as on Harrison. On Saturday nights you can park in the parking lot on the corner of 7th and Greenwood.

Should I be afraid to come due to covid?

As we continue to navigate the present conditions, we are choosing to let people have freedom to worship God at RGV in Spirit and in truth. Scriptually, some are interpreting the government mandates according to the scripture “obey your authority” while others are using sriptures such as “listen to God, not man” and "do not forsake gathering," or “no plague shall come near my dwelling” So some believe in masks and vaccine, while others are opposed. This makes it an interesting time to stand in unity as the Body of Christ. We will NOT let the things of this world divide the Body of Christ. So we are choosing to give each other GRACE and to offer people freedom. And we will love one another regardless of one’s perception and interpretation of scripture on this matter. We will not let it divide the body of Christ. In this hour, we need to be united on the things that unite us. Jesus is the King. God sent Him to die for our sins (sins including judging others, worry, gossip, slander, fear, etc) and He was the sacrifice for that sin. He rose to life so we could have eternal life. We do all we can to keep our facility sanitized. We have plenty of space on Sunday mornings to spread out. We ask those of you that have any symptons to simply join us online. JESUS WELCOMED ALL. JESUS TURNED NO ONE AWAY. JESUS IS INVITING YOU TO COME.

What to expect

Our services typically last 75 minutes. We start our services with worship; you’re invited to sing, clap, kneel, stand, sit, raise your hands or reflect on the music/lyrics. After a few short announcements, you’ll hear a relevant teaching from the Bible, and we will invite you to respond to God afterward by receiving prayer.

Saturday nights we offer light refreshments of cookies or candy, Gluten Free options, iced tea, water and coffee.

Sunday mornings we have packaged breakfast snacks, GF options, coffee, iced tea. and water for you to enjoy.  We use environmental friendly cups, and have transitioned to all pre-packaged items to keep things more sanitary.

Why We Meet

Call us crazy, but we still believe God is at work in our world today.  We meet so we can worship Him, learn about Him, help others learn and connect with Him and to pray.  He's still in the business of answering prayers!

Where We Meet

We meet in a historic church built in 1907 on the corner of 7th & Harrison.

Enter through the ramp door on Harrison Avenue.
