We have a heart for the lost, those that don't know the hope that Jesus provides. We have a heart for Canon City and the Royal Gorge Region. We believe this community can be transformed when people are restored.
We don't care about people's past, but believe in the redemptive work of Jesus in people's lives. We're excited about all that God wants to do in this community through this church.

Before 2019 Renovations
The Barney Dome is no more. The purple has faded away and the church that was known for its color resembling the beloved Barney dinosaur from the children's show, and iconic dome has a new moniker- The Silver Dome. Nicknamed in 2002 by Vineyard Pastor Kirk Yamaguchi niece, who loved the Barney Show, the building was overdue for a facelift. Along with a new paint job several windows have been restored letting the stain glass windows display all their beauty. The peeling dome that sits on top of the building has come back to life in shiny metallic silver.
The reason for the new silver color is that scripture says “The words of the Lord are pure words, like silver refined in a furnace…” Psalms 12:6 – and when the team was brainstorming about colors and saw that verse, they just knew it had to be metallic silver.
